Her signature Core L’etoile movement practice can be done on or off a reformer with props that release tension to reform the manifestation of a longer leaner physique. The process leaves you mentally clear and spiritually aligned. The physical results leave you looking longer and leaner with more access to small muscle groups that prevent injury so you can stay active in your elevated lifestyle.
